Using the most innovative technologies, ADAMS is setting a new level of quality in flexographic print. With the MASTERFLEX-HD printing press we can offer our clients a much wider range of printing possibilities, virtually approaching the quality of offset printing. That means that we can use ruling from 22 lpc up to even 60 lpc! This first-of-a-kind technology can be combined with the existing systems to ensure the highest quality of print for large volume jobs, while maintaining the required tolerances.

For applying graphics onto various substrates, such as corrugated board, among else. The applied substrates include grey, bleached and coated bleached cardboard. Different rulings are applied for different types of cardboard, from 26 lpc (simple prints on absorptive cardboard) up to 54 lpc (photo quality on coated cardboard). Out machinery allow us to maintain colour-to-colour print registration accuracy to 0.2 mm - bringing it very close to the quality of offset printing. We source photo-polymer plates and paint only from leading suppliers who use the newest tech. 

We print with eco-friendly water-thinnable paints. The combination of modern machinery, top-tier tools and properly selected paints means that flexographic printing has practically limitless possibilities - and the use of water-thinnable paints has little impact on the environment.
