Die cutting is the process of cutting corrugated board to shape, with a die-cutter and a special tool rigged to the machine. This is done with a blanking tool, made specifically for the job. The blanking tool is a wooden plank with punching knives that cut the board to achieve the designed shape and a waste removal section, for evacuating scrap. By using machines with additional waste removal systems, we can guarantee a very high quality of the manufactured packaging. Another advantage of using die cutting machines is the application of systems for controlling the position of printing in relation to the blanks, resulting in a very high repeatability. Working with the leading suppliers of tools we have access to the newest technological solutions. This cooperation means that we can offer inspiring and novel solutions for our clients’ packaging needs.
